Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", BEC 47 1984

Tne Municipal Council of The Cerporation of the DEE of.
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembted, enacts as

follows:

Ciause (b) of subsection (1) of section 41 of the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Byiaw, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by
inserting, after paragraph (xi), the following as
paragraph (xil):

"(xi i) Trade Schooits",

Clause (a) of subsection 1 of section 42 of the Bylaw ‘Ts
repealed and the following supstituted:

"(a) Uses permitted in the General tndustrial Ze:e (M-1)
with the exception of trade schoo!s’,"

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bytaw, 1979, NG. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2070".

The above noted bylaw affects all property In the City bearing
the zone aesignation M-1 ang the Council presently has an
application before it requesting permission to establish the
use of trade schoo! (dance studio) at 1971 McLean Avenue.
