BYLAW NO. 2029

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquititam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot {3

District Lot 479

Group One

Plan 20211

New westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~-1 to RM-3 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning. ;

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2029",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council! this 9th day of April, 1984.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of April, 1984,
Public Hearing held this 30th day of April, 1984.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam this day of , 1984,
