NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council! cf The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue,
Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, May 7th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651";

Bylaw No. 2032: to rezone

Lot 187, District Lots 289 & 290, Group One, Plan 27008,
New Westminster District, from RS-1 to P-1.

This property is located at 2050 Mary Hill Road and is the
location of the now closed Mary Hill Extended Care
Hospital. It ts expected that an Achievement Centre.
offering work oriented skill development classes and
socializing opportunities through a drop in programme wil
be estabiishéd in the existing building foliowing
completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may be- inspected in the Otfice of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall,- at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from
the date of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected
by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be
heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
