RECOMMENDATION: That City Council APPROVE permitting the owner-residents
of this duplex to subdivide the Property by Strata Title
so they can have separate title for their residences.

COMMENTS:

This application has been submitted to permit the two families owning and
residing in this duplex to have Separate title to their homes. The
owner-resident's have submitted a letter certifying that they own and
live in this duplex.

As the Strata Title subdivision will not affect any tennant, and is for
the convenience and security of the owners, approval is being recommended.
