Peter, City Engineer Mrs. Cathy Nosek - Delegation for Item I ITEM I Re: Request for Local Improvements —- Westminster Avenue 1k already Nosek explained that the residents aded to the same standard across from the James Park residents had agreed to project. The two who had not agreed because of vacations or out-of-town The Committee felt that it might be useful to include the section of Westminster Avenue between Oxford c which would not be finished, the owners in the other sectio agreement as well. Total cost of the complete project is estimated to be about $62,000 of which about $18,000 would be recovered from the property owners. Cost to the Owners would be $9.00 per front foot or a maximum of $594.00 for a 66' lot. Alternatively over ten years the cost would be $1.50 per front foot or $99.00 per year for a-S6' lot. The Committee feels that this project would be a - good use for Local Improvement funds and recommends that the project proceed under Local Improvement in 1990 in lieu of the Lobb Avenue Local Improvement which was rejected by the people,
