That the Ladder Wagon be located in Sun Valley Park;

AND THAT the Parks Department ensure that the vehicle be secured
safely in Sun Valley Park.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution.
Aldermen Laking, Wright and Keryluk expressed concern regarding the
location proposed and the maintenance involved. Alderman Traboulay
stated in his opinion the residents should be asked to see if they want
the Old Fire Ladder Wagon in Sun Valley Park.

That the Leisure Activities Committee report, September 28th, 1979
regarding the Old Fire Ladder Wagon, be referred back to the Leisure

Activities Committee for further study.

AND THAT all his necessary expenses incurred therewith be paid by

the City.

Library Trustees Association Fall Conference scheduled to be held October
19th to 21st, 1979 in Richmond, B.C. The City Clerk further advised
that Alderman Wright would be available to attend if the City so wishes.
