DESCRIPTION: Lot 21, District Lot 463, Plan 26937, N.W.D.-

BACKGROUND: The subject industrial building is located at

2330 Tyner Street. It was. completed and occupied
in 1976. The current zoning is M-1,

Since the completion of the building a number of °
deficiencies in connection. with the development
has still remained, including ‘landscaping, parking,
and the building itself. os

The applicant has advised that more than half of
the tenants are prepared to purchase should strata
approval be given. .

RECOMMENDATION:

This application was dealt with by the Planning -
and Zoning Committee on November 22nd, 1977 and the

Committee recommends that this application be
approved subject to all deficiencies to be first
rectified.
