Re: Kinsmen Participark

Our Club would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere

thanks to you, the Aldermen and city employees for the co-operation we have
received with the construction of the first Participark in Canada. The city
employees did an excellent job of installing the track and residents are .
already using it before the exercise stations are built.

We would like to make special note of the co-operation we received
from Vince Borch. His guidance has made the Kinsmen's work easy.

‘Thanks to the City's support, I am sure the Kinsmen will build the
Participark to a standard tyhat we all will be proud of.
