Alderman Traboulay noted that no progress report has been submitted on the new North Side Fire Hall, and the City Engineer advised that progress has been quite good since the initial delay during December and Jawary; however, he stated he would be supplying more detail to Council next week. Alderman Traboulay then congratulated the Fire Department on the safe delivery of a baby in the inhalator while transporting the mother to hospital. “Feb. /76 Report— From the Senior Building Inspector, being the report of building Bldg.Permits Yssued ; permits issued during the month of February, 1976. Alderman Keryluk noted that so far this year there appears to be an increase of about 300% in building over the same period in 1975. Feb./76 Report— From the Senior By-law Officer, February 27th, 1976, being the “Inspection Dept. February, 1976 report of the Inspection Department. Alderman Keryluk seven epee SEY referred to Item No. 3 in the "Remarks" section of the report wherein it was stated that 49 'in field' business licences were issued, and to his query, the City Administrator advised that the majority of these would probably be for contractors of various types and sales people.
