Dear Mr. Pollock:

I am pleased to inform you that your application to the
Community Recreational Facilities Fund for a grant of $533,333.00,
has been approved for your recreation complex project.

As outlined in the guidelines progress payments will be made
on the basis of 45% upon notice that a contract has been let; 45% upon
certification by the project sponsor that 50% of the work has been
completed; and 10% upon receipt of a certificate of completica signed
by an auditor,

We are sure that the above project will be a valuable addition
to the recreational amenities of your conmunity, a:.d hope that you and
your fellow citizens will receive many years of use from this facility.
