BACKGROUND :

This application is for the development of an industrial multi-tenant
warehouse building at 1730 Broadway Street. ‘The site is currently zoned M-1
(General Industriel) and ida designated for "General Industrial" uae in the
OfFicital Commmity Plan. The project ia subject to the guidelines outlined in
the "Development Permit Area I ~ Mary Hill Industrial Estate".
