A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the
Council Meeting ot the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, August
23rd, 1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors, M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer LR.
Zahynacz, Project Engineer Francis Cheung, Planner C.R. Felip, Director of Building Permits
ard Inspections J.D. Shardlow, and Fire Chief J.L. Baillie.

PUBLIC HEARING:
Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered:

development of 39 unit townhouse development
