An occupancy inspection is required prior to occupancy for: 11.1.1. avery new building; L1.1.2. every existing building which has been altered, added to or partially wrecked or reconstructed; 11.1.3. avery building where any change in the class ! een vecupancy thereof, or of any part thereof pee eh contemplated) every budiiding where any change from one major occupancy group as set, out in the Building Coda to another is contemplated, or where any change from one division to another within a major occupancy group of any existing building or part thereof is contemplated: orate 11.1.5. every building where any change is contemplated from on@ usé@ or another within the same division in a major occupancy group which results in an increase in the occupant load or fire load or both. Every building which requires occupancy inspection ghalil comply with the construction requirements for the major occupancy group to be located therein. 11.3. No person shall occupy a building which requires occupancy jaspection until a satisfactory inspection has baen completed. 11.4. Every applicant for an occupancy inspection shall provide the following information prior to occupancy inspection: 11.4.1. certification by the Owner or Agent or Architect or Engineer that the building os applicable portion theraof conforms to the approved plans and requirements of this Bylaw; 11.4.2. the anticipated date of completion; 11.4.3. Classification of the building ag to typea of occupancies; 11.4.4. number of stories of buildings; 11.4.8. gross floor area of each storey, aud allowable live loads for each floor area; 11.4.6. such other information as may be required to illustrate the essential features of the building.
