The matter arose from a request by Leigh Square Medical Center for approval to lease 12 parking stalls from the City for staff parking. These stalls are located on City Property, along a road intended to provide access to future development on an adjacent lot. When the adjacent property is developed, these stalls will have to be removed. It is recommended that the Planning Department review current. regulations concerning parking requirements for new commercial developments and assess their adequacy.
