SUBJECT: Harbour View Estates

Recommendation:

That the City of Port Coquitlam maintain the Harbour View Estates
sign and also the boulevard area around the sign. ;

Background. & Comments

The Committee has had an opportunity to view the entrance sign to
the Harbour View Estates subdivision. The area of concern has
been in regard to vandalism to the sign; the letters on the sign)
are in cedar rather than some more durable product. The
boulevard area around the sign will also be maintained by the
City. It will be written into the Highway Use Permit that the
developer will be responsible for the upkeep of the sign and.
boulevard area for one year after works and services have been

fully completed.
