BYLAN NO. 2108

A Bylaw to authorize The expenditure of monies
in the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds",

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 719(7) of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
ReSB.C., 1979, The Council! establishad Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS It is deemed desirabla to expend a portion of the monies seat aside in
the Oavelopment Cost Charge Reserva Funds;

ANO WHEREAS Council! is permitted under Section 679(1) of the Municipal Act to
acquire property In the municipallty for pleasure, recreation or community uses
of the public;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Councl| of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam in apan meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Tha sum of $73,000 Is hereby appropriated from the Publle Opan Space Development
Cost Charge Reserve Fund to be used for a capital payment, Including planning,
anglneering and legal costs, fer providing public open space by acquiring title
to tnat certain parce! of land sltyata In Port Coquitlam, British Columbla, which
Is more particularly deserlbed as:

Lots 5 and 6, Block "8B", District Lot 289, Group Ona, Plan 1954,
Except par’s on Plan with Bylaw flled 6287, New Westminster District

acquisition of which parcel of land Is hereby author! zed.

should any of the above amounts remaln unexpended after the expenditures hereby
authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shal! be returned to the credit

of the specified Reserve Fund.

This bylaw may be clted for al! purposes as the "Development Cost Charge Reserve
Fund Expenditure Authorization Pylaw, 1985, No. 2108",
