Subsequent to that, two past Council practices in considering the application were encountered. They are: ; a. That the predominant form of redevelopment in the Prairie’ Avenue — Coast Meridian Road apartment area is to be townhouses... ; be That any building three storeys or higher in Port Coquitlam will be served by an elevator. 2. ‘The.
