The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Ciry of Pért

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Wall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, May 16th, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed
By~law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract to amend the "City of

Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".

By-law No. 1536: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use

Contract with Nu-West Development Corporation Ltd., 12650 - 82nd Avenue,
Surrey, B.C. in the form and to the extent set fotth in “Land Use Uontract
No. 22" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the

By~law and the said Land Use Contract No. 22 shall extend te and shall

regulate the development and use of land described as:
i. Lot Five (5) of the North East Quarter (NE), of Section
Six (6), Township Forty (40), Plan 5726, New Westminster District.
ii. Lot Six (6) of the North East Quarter (NE), of Section Six (6),
Township Forty (40), Plan 5726, EXCEPT Parcel "A" (Explanatory

Plan 14524), New Westminster District.

Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 14524) of Lot Six (6), of the

North East Quarter (NE%) of Section Six (6), Township Forty (40),
Plan 5726, New Westminster District.

South Half (S%) of Lot Seven (7), of the North East Quarter (NE)
of Section Six (6), Township Forty (40), Plan 5726, being all
that portion of said Lot 7, lying South of a straight line
tisecting the East and West boundaries thereof; New Westminster
District, to which parcel of land the Registrar has assigned the
distinguishing letter "A",

Parcel "B" (312423E) of Lot Seven (7) of the North East Quarter
(NEX), of Section Six (6), Township Forty (40), Plan 5726, New
Westminster District.

Lot Eight (8) of the North East Quarter (NE%), of Section Six
(6), Township Forty (40), Plan 5726, New Westminster District.
Lots Twelve (12) and Sixteen (16) (Except Portions of those Lots
shown on Registered Plan 49145) of the North West Quarter (Nw)
of Section Six (6), Township Forty (40), Plan 1329, New
Westminster District.

Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), Inclusive, of Block
Fourteen (14) of the East Half (Es) of the North West Quarter
(NW) of Section Six (6), Township Forty (40), Plan 2674, New
Westminster District.

Those Portions of Road shown Dedicated on Plans 2674 and 5726,
North West Quarter (NW) and North East Quarter (NE) of Section
Six (6), Township Forty (40), New Westminster District described
in Section 1 of the "Nu-West Development Highway Exchange By-law,
1977, No. 1531" which said By-law was read a third time by the
Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
on April 18th, 1977.
