Dear Sirs:

Re: Lot 74, Block 4, District Lot 480,
__ Group 1, Plan 20844 (the Property)

I understand that a public hearing concerning the
proposed rezoning of my Property is to take place March 7,
1977. I have had an intention to develop my Prevmerty in
accordance with the present zoning laws now for twe years
and this intention was known to the Corporation. Accordingly
I feel a building permit should be issued to me in accordance
with my application that has been made.

I have relied strongly on the zoning of the Property
and on the advice of the staff members of the Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam in all steps that I have taken.
Accordingly I ask that you take immediate steps to cause a
building permit to be issued as required by law. However
if you are not prepared to do so immediately I hereby request
a meeting within the next day with the Mayor and Council of
the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to discuss my
application for a building permit.
