A By-law to authorize the Municipal Council to enter into a certaigUN 2 3 O75

Agreement with the Board of School Trustees of School District Mo. 43 (Coquitlam).
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and is in the public interest to enter
into an Agreement with the Board of School Trustees of School District No. 43
(Coquitlam) in the form and to the extent expressed in Schedule "A" to this
By-law; 7 |
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fellows:

1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into an Agreement with
the Board o£ School Trustees of School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) in the form
and. to the extent expressed in Schedule "A" to this By-law, which said Schedule
‘is hereto annexed and made part of this By-law, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and empowered to execute the said Agreement on behalf of
“The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and to affix the ‘Corporate Seal
