I have on my desk an extensive report from
Mr. J. F. Newman, Director of Administrative
Services in the Department of Agriculture, concern<
ing an evaluation of the feasibility of allowing
Poco Trail Blazers access through Colony Farm.

There appears to be more factors involved in
this decision than I was aware of in my previous
correspondence with you, and had the previous
