THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites individual separate tenders for the purchase of the undernoted property: Those parts of Lots 98 to 101, inclusive, District Lot 342, Group One, Plan 2894, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. shown included within the heavy bold line and identified as area "D" on the plan attached. This property is an approximate 525 sq.m. (5650 sq. ft.) area located on the west side of the 1700 Block Mary Hill Road and is zoned A-l (Agricultural). Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside "Tender for 1700 Block Mary Hill Road Property’ and addressed to:. R.A. Freeman, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator, City of Port Coquitlam, Third Floor, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, April 4th, 1991. Any tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required. . . i . ° ‘ ° ° Terms of Sale a) A certified cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 payable to the City of Port Coquitlam must accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. . The balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be forfeited. c) The completion and adjustment date for the sale will be no later than June 28th, 1991; subject to extension by mutual agreement. The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.
