THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM TO: BR. Kirk DATE: October 30, 1990 City Administrator FROM: Kip Gaudry, P. Eng., Deputy City Engineer SUBJECT: RIGHT OF WAY ENCROACHMENT — CHELSEA GATE SUBDIVISION (Public Works Committee — October 23, 1990) Recommendation: That the Council for the City of Port Coquitlam not approve the request for encroachment onto the storm and sanitary sewer right of way on Lots 100, 101, 123 and 124 in the Chelsea Gate Subdivision. Background and Comments: The Public Works Committee considered the attached report from the Deputy City Engineer regarding Redekop Properties Incorporated's request for right of way encroachment on Lots 100, 101, 123, and 124 in the Cheisea Gate Subdivision. It was noted that no houses were currently built on these lots and that the right of way has been in place since the first stages of the subdivision and that the developer should have made adequate provision to build on these lots without encroaching on the right of way.
