SUBJECT: Abandonment of the Chelsea Sanitary Lift Station

I have reviewed the plans attached with this memo for the abandonment of
the Chelsea Lift Station in the Chelsea/Pimlico Place area.

The estimated cost of the project is $11,500. The estimate includes the
following works:

1) extension of the 200 ¢ gravity sewer main from manholes $.5.A to
. existing manhole, approximately 14 meters.

2) 2 disconnection and removal of the existing pumps and controls in
the station, along with the back filling with sand.

3) . The asphalt cutting and patching as required.
