SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 43/88
for 2225 Coquitlam Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of June 23rd, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw 2240, Section 905, CS-l
Zone, Subsection (5), Rear Yard Requirements, from 1.5 metres to 0, for Lots
23 and 24, Block 5, D.L. 464, NWLD 1897.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of June
27th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at tts meeting of July 11th, 1988.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be cousidered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the DeveLlopmeut
Variance Permit should be issued.
