WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved thar:

1. Those portions of:

(a) Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Block 11, Section 17, Block 6 NRIE, Plan
2416, New Westminster District;

(b) Lot 8, Block 11, Section 17, Block 6 NRIE, Plan 2416, New
Westminster District;

included within the heavy dark Jine on a map section available from
the Office of the City Clerk and comprising 436.86 sq.m. more or less
(4,702.5 sq.ft. more or fess) be sold to the Ministry of °
Transportation & Highways, 7818 Sixth Street, Burnaby, B.C. If terms’
satisfactory to Council can be agreed upon and no preferable
alternative proposal recelved from any other ‘person. ee

Qe The City Clerk ts’hereby Instructed and authorized to publish and:

post the "Notice of «Intention to Seli Real Property" Notice appearing -
in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting;

3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
4. The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

5. Counci! reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of
the bids if Council! in its absolute discretion determines that
