A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651%,

The Munielpal Counel | of The Corporation of the Clty of
Port Cogquitiam, in open meating assembled, enacts as
follows:

1.(a)The Zone Designation of Aw] (Agricultural) assigned to Lot
113; South €ast Quarter Section 6; Township 40; Plan 25576,
New Westminster District, shown as Lots 1,2,3, and 5, on a
Plan of proposed Subdivision of the sald Lot 113 prepared
by V.C. Goudal &@ Associates, British Columbla Land
Surveyors, and shown on thelr Drawing No, C+3660-85A datad
May 13th, 1985 with ravislons to May 17th, 1985 Is removed
and the Zone Designation RS=1A (Single Family Residential)
IS applied,

(b)Thea Zone Designation of Aw] (Agricultural) assigned to Lot
113; South East Quarter Section 6; Township 40; Plan 25576,
New Westminster Olstrict, shown as Lots 4 and 6, on & Plan
Of proposed subdivision of the sald Lot 113 Prepared by
Vil. Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors,
and shown on thelr Orawlng No. C#3660-85A dated May 13th,
1985 with revistons toa May 17th, 1985 Is remove! and The
Zone Designation RS-} (Single Family Residential) Is
applied,

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No, 1651" |g hereby amended to reflect this rezoning,
