The reason that the Community Plan is not being brought forward
to City Council at this meeting is the Provincial Agricultural
Land Commission have not complated their deliberations. The.
Community Plan Bylaw will be presented to City Council as soon
as the Agricultural Land Commission have completed their

review. .
