He was fined $150.00 by Judge L.P. Clare, after he Pleaded guilty to the charges. Mr. Leo Brouillette, of Port Coquitlam, appeared in Provincial Court on March 23, 1979, charged under By-Law 1202, "Dumping of household garbage down the embankment on Maryhill Road." He pleaded guilty to the charge infront of Judge L.P. Clare. We was fined $15.00, but the accused “did pick up all the garbage he dumped. ‘The Judge took this into consideration at time of sentence. sey .
