NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. For the purpose of meeting the owners’ portion of the cost of the
work authorized by the ‘Inverness Street Pavement, Extruded Concrete
Curb and Storm Sewer Local Improvement Construction By-law, 1976, No. 1428"
there shall be appropriated from the "Local Improvement Fund" of the
Corporation the total sum of Nine Thousand, Three Hundred Ninety-nine
and 90/100 Dollars ($9,399.90).
2. The said sum appropriated pursuant to Section 1 hereof shall be
transferred from the "Local Improvement Fund" on the date of the final
adoption of this By-law and from that date shall bear interest at. the
rate of Ten and one-half (10.5%) percentum per annum on tha amount
outstanding and such interest shall be paid into the "Local Tmprovement
Fund" as the same becomes due and payable.

3. The said sum appropriated pursuant to Section 1 hereof shall be

repaid into the "Local Improvement Fund" in ten (10) annual installments

payable on the first day of July in each of the years 1977 to 1986
inclusive, and the respective amounts of the principal and interest

payable in each year during the currency of the appropriation and the
