The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 2lst,
1977 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend the

"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" and the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498!

By-laws No. 1505 and 1506: to rezone

a) Lot 352, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 32270,
New Westminster District;
b) Remainder of Parcel A (Explanatory Plan 16349),
District Lots 255 and 384, Group 1, Plan 7387, New
Westminster District
from RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential/Single Family Residential)
to RS-1 (One Family Residential/Single Family Residential).
These properties have the civic addresses of 1615 Pitt River Road
and 1625 Pitt River Road and it is expected that approximately six
residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning
procedures.
A copy of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — on working days ~ from February 10th to

February 21st, 1977.

Ail persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-laws.
