DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Council of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby declares
that the bu£lding located in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province of
British Columbia, on land more particularly known and described as Lots

°19 and 20, Block 21, of District Lot 464, Group 1, Plan 2363, New
Westminster District, is in so dilapidated and uncleanly a condition as
to be offensive to the community. It is hereby ordered that the said
building be demolished by the owners or agent of the owners, within
thirty (30) days of service ef this order upon then. tt is further .
ordered that should the owners or agent of the owners fail to comply with
the aforesaid order within the said period of thirty (30) days, the
Enptnesring Department, by their workmen, or contractors, may be instructed
to enter on the lands and demolish the building at the expense of the
owners, and the charges for so doing, if unpaid by the owners on the 31st
day of December, shall be added to and form part of the taxes payable in

respect of that land as taxes in arrears.
