That Council include the following engineering requirements for the Bylaw No. 2699 - Zoning amendment, 1252 Paula Place (Citadel Heights Middle School): a. That the School District obtain a right of way from BC Hydro over Lot 7, Plan 68514 and construct and maintain a fire access road over this right of way between Citadel Heights Middle School and Hazel Trembath Elementary School. That the School District be notified that Council intends to close access from Paula Place to Hazel Trembath Elementary School to vehicles (except emergency vehicles) on September Ist, 1993. That the School District to be advised that City proposes to have Confederation Drive constructed as shown on the attached plan by July 31st, 1993 and that the School District may at the District’s expense, construct an alternate access road from Confederation Drive to Hazel Trembath Elementary School. That the City of Port Coquitlam notify Western Mortgage Development Corporation (Sandcastles Ltd.) to construct the portion of Confederation Drive over Lot 1. Plan 79396 prior to July 31, 1993 as shown on the attached plan. That Council include the construction of Confederation Drive from Lot 1, Plan 79396 to the remainder of Lot 9, Plan 68514 in the 1993 Public Works Capital Program at an estimated cost of $50,000.
