It appeara that there te no indication of a security door ina the
underground parking lot. Onem the door ise located it ie requested
that all underground be secure including any visitor parking.

The outaide visitor parking at the caar of the building in a poor
location. This parking location will not be used by visitors es it
is hard to find, necessitating visitors to park on the atreet. The

potential for damage to the cars parked in thie area increases due to
the laneway and the lack of natural surveillance for the cara.

Visitors should have accees to enter the building from the back of
the laneway without having to walk along the sidewalk on the wast
side of the building to the front entrance, This may help with the
use of tha visitor parking by regular visdters to tenants in the

building.

On the west eide of tae building ie the grace area that is ia front
of the underground garage entrance. The plene indicate a lattice
fence. If thia area ia likely to be a play ares for children, a more
gecure fencing should be used.

Tha staircase leading from the underground parking on the northwest
corner of the building has a turn at the top of tha atairs and ia a
good hiding spot for anyone wanting to take advantage of people using
these ataira. This could be correctad by taking out the hallway turn
at the top of the staira.
