Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That the following resolution be rescinded: “That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development variance permit to Lot 4, D.L. 231, Section 19, Township 1, Block 6, N Range 1 east Group 1, NWLD Plan No. 74069 relaxing requirements of the Zoning Bylaw 2240 Section, 1001, Subsection (4), Clause (g)(1) which requires that all loading and truck parking areas be screened from view from the abutting street." And That the following resolution be approved: "That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development variance permit to Lot 2, District Lot 231, Group 1 and Section 19, Block G North Range 1 east New Westminster District Plan 74069 (LOO01) relaxing requirements of the Zoning Bylaw 9240 Section, 1001, Subsection (4), Clause (g)(i) which requires that all loading and truck parking areas be screened from view from the abutting street.” Carried. Carried. from the Director of Planning, February 14th, 1991 regarding Zoning Bylaw Amendment - Gross Vehicle Weight. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That Council approve in principle the following amendment to the Zoning Bylaw to correct the gross vehicle weight specified for commercial vehicles: 1. Replace Section 504 (1) with the following: oe "(1) One truck or commercial vehicle not exceeding 4600 ‘kilograms (10,141.1 pounds) gross vehicle weight." AND THAT Council authorize Staff to prepare the necessary Draft Bylaw amendments to Zoning Bylaw No. 2240. Carried.
