Except as Provided in Article Sol.l. of this Part, it shall be
unlawful for any person at any time to light, ignite, start, or
knowingly permit, allow or Cause to be lighted, ignited, or
started, any outdoor fire o¢ any kind whatsoever.

herewith authorized accordingly.
