A lot in the WD zone may be used far a usa or combination of uses set out in any one paragraph of subsection 1201(2), but not for uses set out in two or more paragraphg at the game time. (6) Commercial uses are restricted to one atorey of a building in this zone. (c} All permitted uses shall be restricted in tha same manner as in the zoning district in which such uses are otherwise permitted.
