A By-law to amend the "otey of Port Coeuitlan Zoning By-law,

1979, No. 1651",
The Municipal Councdi of The Corporation of the City of Port |
Cocuitlan, in epen meeting assexbled, enacts as follows: :

1, The Zoning Map of "The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-lay, 1979, No. 1651" is anended by renoving the Zone Designation

of Al assigned to Lot 311 of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lot i,
Plan 12248 and Lot D,; Pian 21139, both of District Lot 465, Group One, New
Westrinster District prepared by Murray and Associates, British Colunbia
Land Surveyors, under File No. 6738 and assigning-the Zone Designation of
CD te the said Property.

2. 4 copy of the Plan of Subdiviston in process referred to in

“Section 1 is attacked to this By-law and made a part thereof,

3. The Cozprehensive Development Plan dated Novenber 12th, 1980
prepared by T.N.A, Architects and showing thereon a tultiple family residential
cevelopceny consisting of twenty-two three: bedroom units and ten four’ bedroom
waits and conprising a site plan, floor plans, elevations, and overall site
landscape concept, and other details and on file in the office of the City Clerk,

is deened to.be attached to and to fora part of this By-law.
