MHESEAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirous of
cancelling a portion of Road shown dedisated on Plan 2423 in Bleck 1, District
Lot 466, Group 1, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coquitlam in the
Province of British Colusb fas

AND MHEREAS the Registered Gmmers of the land deseribed in Section 2 of
this by-law have agreed to convey the satd land to the City in exchange for
the lands comprising the portion of Road sham dedicated on Plan 2423 in Block 1,
District Lot 466, Group 1, New Westminster District, te be cancelled:

AND SHEREAS the “Municipal Act” being Chapter 255 of the Revised
Statutes of British Colusbia, 1960, provides that the Council may by By-law
dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be
necessazy ior the purpose of improving, widening, Straightening, re-locating
or diverting the highway:

NOd THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Cequitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as Follovs:
i. The Corporation of the City of Pert Coquitlam is hereby authorized to
convey fo the Registered Owners cf the land deseribed ia Section 2 of this
By-law, ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and prenises
which nay be wore particularly dereribed as follows:

All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2423 ta Block 1,
District Lot 466, Group 1, New Kestninster District having an area of
0,2323 ha, included within the green outline en a bylaw plan svorn hy
Rebert M. Reese, 3.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day of July 1379 2 copy of
which {s zttached hereto,

at or for the price or sun of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for

these certain pareels or tracts of land described in the next Section

hereof. n

2. The Corperation of the City of Port Coquitlan is hereby authorised

to purchase of and fron the Registered (umer thereof ALL AND SINGULAR

B.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day of Juty 1979 a copy of which is attached
hereto,

All that portion ef the North Ralf of Lot 3, Bleck BR of District Lot
466, Group 1, Plan 10725, New Westminster District having ac area of
0.0306 ha, included within the red outline on a bylaw plan sworn by
Robert NM, Reese, 3.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day of July 1979 a cony of
vhich is attached hereto,

ALL that portion of Lot 4, Block B of Blocks 1 & 2 of District Lot 465.
Group 1, Plan 10715, New Westninster District having an area ef 0.1433
ha, included within the red outline on a bylaw plan svorn by Robert M.
Reese, °.C.L.€. and dated the 23rd day of July 1979 a copy of which is
attached hareto,

at or for the price or sun of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for

uhat certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Sectioa

hereof.

3. That portion of Read showa dedicated on Plan 2423 in Bleck 1, District

Lot 4&6, Group 1, New Nestmiusrer District outlined in green on the said plen

of Robert M. Reece, 3.C.L.S. is hereby clesed and stopped up to traffic of ell

kinds. ,

4a, The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shzll, then so

conveyed to the said City, be established ss an addition to the roads {n

District Lot 466, Group 1, New Weetninster District,
5. The Mayer and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are herby authorired to execute such conveyances, deeds,

aps, recelpts anc other documents on behalf of the said City es cay be

necessary for the purposes afcresatd and to affix the Corporate Seal of

the City thereto.
