The Land Use Committee is already aware of my
recommendation relating to proposed changes in the Subdivision
of Land By-law. For a variety of reasons the proposed Subdiv~
ision of Land By~law amendments are not ready at this point .
for submission to Council. In the meantime it is the recommend-~ :
ation of the undersigned that the Committee give consideration
to recommending to Council that frontage exemptions in the :

RS-1 zone be approved in cases where the proposed lots meet : ;
