That the option to purchase Lot "B" of Section 4, Block 6,
North Range 1 East, Plan 23260, New Westminster District and Lot
20 of Section 4, Block 6, North Range 1 East, Plan 4318, New
Westminster District, registered in the New Westminster Land Title
Office under No, H98317 be and the same is hereby cancel led;

AND THAT His Worshiy the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the requisite Quit Claim Deed for the purpose aforesaid
and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto;
