RECOMMENDATION :

That Council approve an extension of Rezoning Application, 20/93 for a
period cf one year, commencing July 27, 1994, subject to payment of a
non-refundable processing fee of. $525.00 as per the provisions of
the"Development Procedures, Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243".

RACKGROUND :

The subject Rezoning application is for the subdivision of eight single
family lots in the Riverwood Area. Council gave Third Reading to Amendment
Bylaw No. 2802 on July 26, 1993.

fhe applicant has submitted the attached letter requesting an extension of
his application until July 26, 1995 in order to complete the requirements for
Final Reading. The extension is justified because servicing of this area
depends on a number of factors, some beyond the control of the developer.

It is recommended that Council approve the extension of the application

for a period of one year from July 27, 1994, subject to the payment of an
additional $525.00 processing fee.
