HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS The height of any principal building shall not exceed 12 m (39.4 ft.). FLOOR AREA RATIO The maximum permitted floor area ratio is 1.0, provided that where required off-street parking is located underground or within a structure, the maximum floor area ratio may be increased by the proportion of the required parking so provided, multiplied by 0.6, to a maximum floor area ratio of 1.6. LOT COVERAGE All buildings and structurea together shall not occupy more than 50% of the surface of the lot. FRONT YARD A front yard of not less than 6 m (19.7 ft.) shall be provided, except where it abuts a provincial highway, such a front yard provided shall be not less than 9 m (29.5 ft.).
