Ganarat Purpose of the Bylaw: 1. Toamend Saction 101 by inserting the follawing definition cetwaen the definitions of “Larie and “Lot”: “LIGHT INDUSTRIAL: . Light Industrial Usa means an industrial use taking olace entirely. within a building and that produces no noise. smoke, smail, toxic fumes, vibration and/or slectrica! or electronic interference that may in any way interfere with the residential use of any other land.” 2. Ta amend.Section 1003 (2) by renumbering sus-sections (b) to (t) as sub-sections (c) to (g), respectively, and inserting the following as sub-section (6): “(b) Light industrial.” Intant of the Bylaw: To permit a “Light Industrial” use in the M-3 (Clean Industral) Zone.
