Subdivision ~— Langan-Kingsway Area

At the regular Council meeting of December lst, 1975, the report of
the Community Development Committee re the above-noted subject was deferred

for consideration at the December 8th, 1975, meeting, and after a brief

discussion at the meeting last mentioned, the following resolution was passed:

, "That as recommended in a report of the Community Development

‘Committee, November 28th, 1975, the following conditions with respect to

Application S#62-72, being a proposed road closure and subdivision of properties
in the Langan-Kingsway area, be approved: ‘

1. *.The road allowance area A (approximately 33,000 square feet) be closed

and iricorporated into what will become a 4.6 acre parcel. The proposed
industrial development is to proceed on the 4.6 acre parcel.

‘2. The properties shown as B (approximately 33,000 square feet) be conveyed _

to the City and incorporated into a .83 acre parcel.

3. The devéloper to arrange for a legal survey required , for road closure

and subdivision. ., _

4. The developer to extend Langan Avenue Eastward and be responsible for

construction costs of approximately $15,000.00."

We understand that you will be contacting the Developer with regard

to the necessary plans, etc., required for the road closure and subdivision
and that you will advise the undersigned when appropriate so that the

necessary procedures can be undertaken by us with respect to By-law preparation,

etc. °
