THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LOU OCT: 2 9 1973 BY-LAW NO. 1282 A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of McKenzie Avenue adjacent to Lot B, Blocks 13 and 14, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 15925, New Westminster District and shown dedicated on Plan 1932, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the ‘Municipal “Act, being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a portion or any pottion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as. follows: 1. “ALL that portion of McKenzie Avenue adjacent tc Lot B, Blocks 13 and 14, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 35925, New Westminster District and shown éedicated on Plan 1932, which may be more particularly described as follows: All that portion of read dedice ted on Plan 1932, situated adjacent to Lot B, Blocks 13 and 14, District Lot 232, Group One, New Westninster District show outlined red on SEE Aean Plan prepared by W.E.
