Prior to passage ‘of ‘the foregoing vesolution, Alderman Nabbett commented that
unlighted street lamps were not being reported ina satisfactory manner - duritig
routine police patrols throughout the City, and His Worship the Mayor instructed that

the ‘Sub/Inspector be invited to the next Committee meeting of Cound ‘to discuss this er

and other matters of concern. ~
