THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2558

The Municipal Coineil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in _
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Po

ee | 1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
Cp ee hereby leases unto Rick and Cindy Corney the lands described in the ;
ee Schedule "A" attached hereto for the period of time and on the terms and
subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached hereto and marked

Schedule "A".

2. The Mayor and Acting City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port ee ah
Coquitiam are hereby authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf of i
the City and to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Rental Agreement (2382
Mary Hill Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1990, No. 2558"

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of December, 1990.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of December,
1990.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of December, 1990.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this day of » 1990.
