Alcan has announced plans’ to
bring a similar‘local-dial Internet
service to Kitimat this summer.

Subscribers there will pay a flat
$20 per month fee, instead of
connect time charges.

Terrace’s only other local-dial
service is Sasquatch BBS. It of-
fers Internet e-mail — routed
through the University .of North-
em B.C. — but no direct link to
the Internet.
