From the City Planner, July ilth, 1991 regarding Dominion Triangle Area
Control Plan.

Moved by Alderman Wright:
seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Council approve in principle the attached Dominion Triangle Area
Control Plan, and that:

a) Staff be authorized to draft appropriate bylaw amendment s to “Official
Community Plan Bylaw No. 2162" and "Zoning Bylaw No. 2240", in order to
implement the land use recommendations of the Area Control Plan; and

b) A Public Information Meeting be held early in September to obtain public
input and feedback on the proposed land-use concept and policies.

From the City Planner, July 17th, 1991 regarding Rezoning Application No.
12/90 for 1884 Argue Street.

Prior to discussion on this topic Alderman Talbot left the Council
Chambers at 8:30 p.m.

Moved by Alderman Wright:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Rezoning Application No. 12/90 be amended to rezoning to RS-1, and
approved to proceed as amended subject to submission of an appropriate
Official Community Plan Amendment application.

Defeated.
Aldermen Gates, Thompson and Wright
voted in favour of the resolution.
